I love sports and movement. Mom was an aerobic trainer and physiotherapist (now retired) and I always liked what she did. I was interested to learn from her and teach like her. I started aerobics when I was a teenager.  When I was older and had to decide where I would go to study, I chose Masaryk University, Faculty of Sports, where I studied REGENERATION AND NUTRITION IN SPORT.

Since this time I have become more interested in proper nutrition and regeneration after sport, which is so important. I like working with people. I love when I can help someone and I see that I made them happy. It makes me happy. It gives me energy and satisfies me.

By the way : Focusing on how we look isn't as important as focusing on how we feel. So LET'S DO EXERCISE, LET'S SMILE !!!

IFAA education systems and EFA, therefore, FACE, are recognized partner FITNET WW (Worldwide fitness network), which is an association of reputable schools, fitness and aerobics in Europe, America and Australia. The founding members include school IFAA Deutschland, E. A (East Coast Alliance - USA) and S. (Scandinavian Academy of Fitness Education - Sweden). In addition to these organizations belong to WW FITNET also Australia, Greece, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Austria, Cyprus, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and others. Partners of this network in different countries recognize each other's educational systems, as careful selection ensures that only the very valuable school aerobics and fitness may become members of WW FITNET and belongs to the association, which is renowned for the quality worldwide.
